Impressions of textured stone are the feature on these “naked” clay dishes. Sweet and simple, they are lined with a glaze to make them foodsafe, while the underside is mostly glaze-free to reveal the clay itself.
I’ve always been amazed by the earth beneath our feet, and this fun little series explores that and brings it to the table in a subtle way. These have led to larger plates and platters, of which I have a few extras available here.
