Extra-small terracotta cups (copitas) in assorted colors and sizes. Feel free to request your favorite style! Smallest size is approx. 2oz., medium about 4oz., and large 6 oz. Wheel-thrown terracotta, lined with glaze to make them foodsafe. Natural and perfect.
Gourd style: a nod to traditional mezcal drinking vessels. Rounded shape with ‘naked’ (unglazed) surface on the outside. Sometimes carved with agave-inspired foliage designs. Filled with full-chroma, vibrant glaze color.
Pinwheel style: wide and open, a meeting ground of colors. The low form is a perfect playground for appreciating aromas as well as this glaze effect, using multiple layers and the luck of the firing for unique effects.
Seconds: slight variation in glaze texture, odd sizes, extras from Dove’s Luncheonette, etc.
